About
ChangeKitchen CIC is a social enterprise, registered as a community interest company. It was set up by the well-established Birmingham charity, SIFA Fireside, using the proven training and catering skills of Birgit Kehrer, the brains and the hands behind BSustained.
ChangeKitchen has already established itself as a popular choice in the private, public and voluntary sectors to cater for weddings, civil partnerships, conferences, lunches, birthday parties and more. A lot of bookings come from guests at events. If you would like food with a difference to make your event special, you are advised to book well in advance if possible. If you are not sure whether ChangeKitchen is the caterer for you, have a chat with Birgit on 07 828 825 850.
Birgit passes on her skills to trainees, without compromising what she is most passionate about: the quality of the food. BSustained worked successfully with SIFA clients for some time before ChangeKitchen was set up.
