A Day to Remember
One of the things we’ve been really enjoying lately at ChangeKitchen is making plans for summer weddings. We love cooking, but there’s something extra special about taking part in days like that and contributing to the enjoyment.
Our focus for helping to make your wedding or civil partnership a day to remember is to provide wonderful food. We don’t assume any particular budget, but cut the coat to suit the cloth. If Prince William and Kate Middleton would like to get in touch about April 29th, we’ll happily rise to the occasion! If you are a commoner without Kate’s connections, we’ll make your money work hard for you.
ETHICS NEVER TASTED SO GOOD
More and more people bear in mind their ethics in preparing for their special day – that’s we offer an exclusively vegetarian service, with the option to have vegan dishes or indeed an all-vegan spread. If you’d like organic or fair-trade or local ingredients, please ask.
These days there are specialists in vintage wedding dresses, eco-venues, organic seasonal flowers, and Fairtrade wine. A FairTrade/Fairmined hallmark has just been launched for gold, with its first supplier being a miners’ co-operative in Bolivia. We love working in partnership with suppliers like these, and if you have an ethical wedding business (especially in the Midlands), please get in touch.
We’re a social enterprise, registered as a community interest company and working in partnership with the SIFA Fireside charity to provide training to people on the margins of society.
