With a regular stand at 24 Carrots Food Market every month, ChangeKitchen has won over many new fans. Here they offer tastings, demonstrations as well a selection of food to buy.

However, ChangeKitchen is not an ordinary catering company; they specialise in healthy vegetarian eating and cater for events and weddings. Run by Birgit Kehrer who has worked with TV [gardener] Alys Fowler leading to her recipe being featured in [Alys's] book.

You can tell just by talking to Birgit that she is not only passionate about the food she creates but also about passing her skills to other people. The business is a social enterprise and won the 2012 Green Restaurant of the Year.

Highly recommend you try the quality food, [whether you are] vegetarian or not.
