    This is for anyone wanting to get more ideas for improving their daily diet by cooking healthy, seasonal meals themselves. Birgit calls herself the ‘anti-celebrity chef’, as she believes anyone can learn to cook and everybody should be empowered to trust their own taste buds, use their creativity – and get cooking!

    West Midlands Vegan Festival

    ChangeKitchen will be one of the main caterers at this big event in Wolverhampton Civic Hall on Saturday 29th October 2011 (11am-5pm), and Birgit will also be providing a cookery demo at 11.30 in the Mezz Lounge (on 2nd floor, lift available).

    Vale Festival

    Vale Festival is a unique charitable summer music and arts festival ran entirely by Unviersity of Birmingham students.

    In partnership with SIFA Fireside we will be unveiling the newly refurbished conference suite, completed by Carillion volunteers as part of Carillion’s ‘Charity Challenge’.

    Our first pop-up restaurant

    We look forward to welcoming you to this first of hopefully a regular in your diaries! As it is our first event and we are hoping to raise funds for a healthy eating programme in the 3 Estates in Kings Norton, we will be offering this on a donation only basis (suggested minimum donation is £15 per person, but please give what you can afford on the day) .
