Provenance

Where our ingredients come from

We generally source the majority of the fruit and vegetables used in our cooking as locally as possible. So a lot of it comes from Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire as well as Birmingham and the Black Country, depending on season and occasion. We often source things directly from local farms in these areas. Fruit and vegetables make up a very large part of what we produce. Some of the vegetables are organically produced, particularly the carrots and potatoes.

Open for business

ChangeKitchen is now open for business after getting the go-ahead from the environmental health officer.

We’ll be going for a healthy choices award soon – that’s what we offer, healthy choices which taste superb.
