“I recently attended a three day training course at SIFA Fireside, for which the Change Kitchen did the catering. I just wanted to write and say how impressed I was with the food you provided. It’s was fresh, healthy, imaginative and most of all really delicious. Lunch was definitely the highlight of my day on all three days. Your staff were also really friendly and helpful. I was quite struck by the quality of the food and wanted to write and let you know. Keep up the good work.”
